Job Description

As a Senior Engineer within our Infrastructure Team, you will play a key role in delivering complex Stormwater and Drainage Infrastructure projects and maintaining high standards of quality. You will collaborate with senior team members, provide technical expertise, and help ensure the successful execution of multiple infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in delivering Stormwater and Drainage Infrastructure projects, supporting project leaders in achieving successful project outcomes.
Prepare and review detailed technical specifications, drawings, calculations, and engineering documentation.
Prepare hydraulic and hydrological reports, design calculations, and drainage studies.
Conduct technical and quality reviews of projects, identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.




Develop and assess surface water drainage systems to ensure effective stormwater management and compliance with local authority requirements.
Conduct hydrological and hydraulic modeling to support design decisions and evaluate drainage network performance.
Design stormwater drainage networks, culverts, open channels, detention/retention ponds, and flood mitigation solutions.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including roads, utilities, structures, and environmental disciplines to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.
Support BIM implementation and prepare designs using Civil 3D within a BIM workplace.
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, design codes, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
