Role- Workday Data Conversion & Integration Consultant

Experience: 6+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Workday data conversion and migration activities.
Perform source-to-target data mapping, transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
Analyze and resolve complex data conversion and data quality issues.
Work closely with Workday functional, integration, business, and client teams.
Support mock conversions, testing, data loads, and production cutover.
Provide technical guidance, make team-level decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Create and maintain mapping specifications and conversion documentation.

Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Workday Data Conversion & Data Mapping.
Workday EIB and data loading experience.




Solid understanding of Workday HCM data structures and business objects.
Experience in data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
Valuable troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Exposure to Workday integrations / Workday Studio is preferred.
Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data analysis is an advantage.
Experience in Workday implementation/conversion projects preferred.

Good to Have
Workday HCM certification.
Experience with HCM, Compensation, Advantages, Payroll, Staffing, or Recruiting data.
Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
