Job Description
Effective communication skills to deal with senior stakeholders.
Collaborating with business to understand business growth plans and plans for recruitment demands.
Identify issues quickly and find effective solutions to maintain workflow.
Work with cross functional teams to ensure plans and align plans with or organization objective.
Key Skills Required
MBA Preferred (1 -2 Yrs work experience).
Ideally has experience of working in a skilled service's/Consulting organization.
Excellent communication (Verbal and written), presentation skills and team management skills.
Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information/situations and handle escalations.
Ability to work with cross functional teams.
Shift time - 9am to 6 pm
Work Type - Hybrid mode
