Check garments for wrinkles, stains, loose threads, and minor defects before packing.
Handle garments carefully to avoid burns, marks, stains, or damage.
Fold garments neatly according to the approved folding method.
Pack garments as per size, colour, style, quantity, and customer requirements.
Verify garment labels, tags, stickers, and packing materials.
Maintain the required packing quantity and production target.
Ensure the correct size and style are packed together.
Separate defective garments and inform the Quality Checker or Supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the ironing and packing area.
Follow safety procedures while operating steam irons and other equipment.
Use packing materials such as polybags, cartons, stickers, tapes, and tags properly.
Support carton packing and sealing as instructed.
Maintain proper production and packing records when required.
Follow 5S, safety, quality, and company discipline requirements.
Report machine, steam iron, or equipment problems to the supervisor immediately.
Follow instructions from the Finishing In-charge / Packing Supervisor
