Perleybrook Labs is looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team in Kochi! Our flagship product, FLAGMAN , combines IoT, Edge AI, Video Analytics, and Cloud technologies to address critical industrial safety and productivity challenges across manufacturing environments.
Role: Senior Field Service Engineer
Travel: PAN India
As a Senior Field Service Engineer , you will be responsible for:
Installing, commissioning, configuring, and maintaining FLAGMAN IoT and AI-based systems at customer sites.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and edge computing issues .
Performing preventive maintenance and ensuring reliable system performance.
Providing technical support and training to customers and onsite teams.
Coordinating service visits and maintaining accurate service and installation documentation .
Collaborating with our R&D;, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Capturing customer feedback and contributing to continuous product and service improvements.
Following all required safety, quality, and service standards .
Travelling occasionally to customer sites and partner locations as required.
Solid experience in field service, installation, commissioning,



and technical support of hardware and software systems.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting IoT, networking, embedded systems, or edge computing devices .
Experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and system performance monitoring .
Good understanding of TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, networking concepts, and Windows/Linux environments .
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and IoT systems is an added advantage.
Experience in manufacturing, EHS, industrial automation, machine safety, or similar environments will be a plus.
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote technical and engineering teams.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in:
Electrical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Or a related technical field
Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
