Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bulk hiring across Punjab & Haryana.
- Recruit for Field Sales, Telecom, Store & frontline roles.
- Achieve assigned hiring targets and manage end-to-end recruitment.
Requirements:
- B.Com qualification preferred.
- Experience in bulk hiring/staffing or recruitment companies.
- Prior experience hiring for Field Sales/Telecom/Store roles preferred.
- Target-oriented and good communication skills.
