Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Blended Process (Global Logistics & Mobility)

Location: Digha, Navi Mumbai

Position: Full-Time

We are seeking dynamic professionals to manage customer queries primarily through digital channels, ensuring high-quality, productive service delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver real-time support for bookings, order tracking, fare adjustments, account inquiries, and payment resolutions.
Handle customer interactions primarily through digital channels with exceptional accuracy and empathy.
Maintain top-tier performance standards across first-contact resolution (FCR), handling times (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
Key Highlights & CompensationSalary: Up to ₹34,000 CTC per month (commensurate with experience).
Process Structure:



80% Non-Voice (Digital/Chat Support) & 20% Voice/Escalation Support.
Shift Details: US Rotational Shifts with 2 Rotational Offs per week.
Candidate RequirementsExperience : Minimum 6 months of customer support experience in an international BPO workplace.
Communication: Solid written and verbal English communication skills with sound grammar and quick typing proficiency.
Location Eligibility: Candidates residing within standard operational transit boundaries.
