About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our ladies garment store. The ideal candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, have a positive sense of fashion, and be willing to learn about our products.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable ladies’ garments.
Explain product features, sizes, colours, and pricing.
Maintain the display and presentation of products.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Help achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.
Assist with stock checking and product organization.
Handle billing and basic POS operations when required.




Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of ladies’ fashion and garments is preferred.
Ability to work in a team.
Sales experience in a garment/fashion store will be an advantage.
Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Salary & Advantages
Salary: ₹9000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
