Job Title: Telecaller - Loan Process

Location: Nangloi, Delhi

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Telecaller to join our loan processing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the financial or loan sector. As a Telecaller, your main responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients, explaining loan products, guiding them through the application process, and addressing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain loan products and services.
Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
Follow up on leads and existing clients to provide updates on loan status.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally and effectively.




Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up actions.
Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the loan or financial sector.
Positive communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Ability to handle customer objections and queries effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM management.
