Eligibility & RequirementsEducation: HSC (12th) is mandatory
Experience: 0–4 years in Telecalling/BPO Sales
BPO/Telecalling sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work from office 6 days a week
Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential and existing donors to inform them about the company's products and services.
Understand customer/donor requirements and address their queries.
Follow up with potential donors and persuade them to complete their donations.




Maintain and update donor information accurately in the database.
Collect feedback from donors who discontinued or dropped off from a fundraiser and record the reasons.
Drive sales by effectively communicating the value of the fundraiser and encouraging donations.
Identify opportunities to upsell and increase the donation amount wherever appropriate.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
