About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be sales-oriented, and be able to handle customer queries across multiple channels while driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email.
Guide customers with product selection and resolve their queries.
Provide accurate information on products, pricing, offers, and order status.
Handle customer objections and convert inquiries into sales.
Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for order processing and dispatch.
Manage returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.
Maintain customer records and follow up with leads.
Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and CRM/customer management tools.
Basic computer knowledge and a customer-first approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
