We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to grow our market share in the wall panel and Louvers and decorative building materials sector. You will manage assigned territories, pitch to key industry influencers, and build long-term relationships with channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
Dealer Expansion: Onboard current retail counters, hardware shops, and distributors while maintaining daily contact with existing channel partners.
Influencer Networking: Regularly visit active construction sites, interior designers, architects, builders, and carpenters to generate project leads.
Product Pitching: Demonstrate plywood samples, explaining technical features like density, moisture resistance, and thickness precision.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue quotas.
Order & Payment Tracking: Coordinate order fulfillment and dispatch with internal teams, and ensure timely payment collections.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, product availability, and local building trends, submitting daily visit reports to management.
