Job Title: Loan Officer / Loan Sales Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire recent customers for loan products.
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates and repayment terms to customers.
Conduct customer visits and assist customers throughout the loan application process.
Collect and verify required customer documents as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approval.
Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and application status.
Achieve daily and monthly loan disbursement/sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with customers and provide proper support.
EligibilityMinimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
Own bike and valid driving licence preferred/required.
Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and location.
