Accounts ManagerKey Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and books of accounts.
Robust hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.
Handle GST, TDS, e-invoicing and statutory compliance.
Manage accounts receivable, payable and customer/vendor reconciliations.
Monitor customer outstanding, ageing, collections and credit limits.
Handle bank reconciliation, payments and cash-flow tracking.
Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
Coordinate with CA, auditors and tax consultants.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing.
Candidate Requirements
Robust knowledge of Zoho Books, GST, TDS and MS Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
Robust reconciliation, analytical and follow-up skills.
Experience in Solar / Electrical / Trading / Distribution will be preferred.
Ability to independently manage the accounts function.
