Key Responsibilities:
Conduct scheduled and surprise visits to assigned Flipkart stores.
Audit store operations related to our scope of work and services.
Verify that activities execute according to requirements and SOPs.
Capture observations through photographs and audit reports.
Share daily/weekly audit findings with management and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with store teams and internal stakeholders for closure of identified issues.
Track action items and ensure timely resolution of non-compliance points.
Maintain audit records, visit logs, and performance dashboards.
