Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000/month

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Medicine Picker to support our pharmacy operations by accurately picking, checking, and organizing medicines according to orders and prescriptions. The ideal candidate should be responsible, attentive, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced pharmacy environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPick medicines accurately from pharmacy shelves as per orders.
Check medicine name, strength, quantity, batch number, and expiry date before picking.
Match picked medicines with the order/prescription to avoid errors.
Arrange and organize medicines properly on pharmacy shelves.
Maintain proper stock placement and follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
Assist with receiving and storing incoming medicines.
Identify damaged, missing, or near-expiry medicines and report them to the supervisor.
Support the pharmacy team in maintaining accurate inventory.




Pack medicines carefully for customer delivery or dispatch.
Keep the medicine storage and picking area clean and organized.
Follow pharmacy safety and operational procedures.
Coordinate with pharmacists, store staff, and delivery teams for timely order fulfillment.
Requirements12th Pass or equivalent.
Minimum 6 months of experience in a pharmacy, medical store, warehouse, or similar role preferred.
Basic knowledge of medicines and medicine inventory.
Ability to read medicine names and understand basic orders.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic English communication skills.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
Candidates with experience in chemists, pharmacies, clinics, or pharmaceutical stores will be preferred.
Salary & Perks₹10,000 – ₹14,000/month
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000
