Responsibilities:

Purchase:-
Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality and cost-efficiency.
Develop and maintain a list of qualified suppliers.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply chain issues.
Coordinate with different departments to determine inventory levels and requirements.
Ensure stock availability while avoiding overstocking.
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
Achieve cost savings through effective negotiations and alternative sourcing strategies.
Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and specifications.
Provide updates on procurement activities and supplier performance.
Address and resolve any issues related to defective or delayed deliveries.




Analyse procurement data to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Finance:-
Check travelling/internet Allowances and getting it deposited on approval, keep record and allocate the expense.
Verify credit of salary into each employee’s accounts.
Preparing monthly invoices for Banganga, Lighthouse and Mazgaon center and sending it to respective donors.
Sending notification to Powai accounts team for donations received and Preparing receipts for each donation and courier it to respective donor.
Interaction with rotarians/donors for donations due.
Maintenance of all income and expenses for all BY & SP centers.
Getting the income and expenses tallied at Powai office
Preparing financial reports of all centres.
Preparing and sending various couriers to VIDYA office, donors, employees etc.
Preparing and submitting donor management report quarterly.
