Walnut Studio is looking for a smart, confident and client-focused Interior Sales & Client Relationship Executive for our current studio at MG Road.

We are looking for a smart, client-facing sales professional for our interior design and furniture studio. The role involves handling walk-in clients, generating leads, following up with prospects and converting interior/furniture enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-in clients and incoming enquiries at the studio
Understand client requirements for furniture and interior projects
Present furniture, materials, finishes and design options confidently
Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals and estimates
Regularly follow up with leads and work towards sales conversions
Maintain strong relationships with clients from enquiry to order confirmation
Coordinate with the design,



production and execution teams
Maintain lead and follow-up records
Assist clients with product selection and basic interior recommendations
Ensure a qualified and premium client experience at the studio
Who We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in interior, furniture, home décor or luxury retail sales
Good understanding of interiors, furniture, materials and finishes
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Smart, presentable and confident personality
Robust sales and negotiation skills
Proactive with follow-ups and comfortable working with sales targets
Basic knowledge of quotations and MS Excel would be preferred
Interior Design/Architecture background would be an added advantage
Role Objective
To manage client enquiries at the studio, build relationships and convert qualified leads into furniture and interior sales while delivering a high-quality client experience.
