We're looking for a friendly, confident and CRM Executive to become an expert on our EdTech platform, GoEdukify.
This is not a target-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand the GoEdukify platform in detail.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups in a qualified manner.
Assist with inquiries, provide timely support, and ensure a excellent customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth communication.
Track follow-ups and help improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic computer knowledge are preferred.
