Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, multilingual CRM Executive to handle customer communications, track sales leads, and maintain accurate records. Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and messaging.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales lead statuses in the database.
Address customer inquiries, track order updates, and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up with prospective clients and coordinate with internal sales and billing teams.

Qualifications
Languages: fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. ( any 3 languages )
Experience: Freshers welcome (prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or CRM support is a plus).
Skills: Basic MS Excel/computer knowledge, valuable verbal communication, and quick learning ability.
