Your primary responsibilities will include:
Installation, servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting of printers.
Diagnosis and rectification of hardware and technical issues.
Handling customer service calls and visiting customer locations as required.
Printer parts replacement and basic spare-parts management.
Preventive maintenance of printers and related equipment.
Maintaining proper service reports and updating the service status.
Providing skilled technical support and guidance to customers.
Following company procedures, customer requirements and service-level guidelines.
Any other technical responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
