We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Vi Mini Store. The role involves assisting customers with Vi mobile services, explaining plans and offers, handling customer queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Freshers are welcome! No prior telecom experience is required. Training will be provided by the company to help you learn the products, services, and daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Postpaid sales specifically.

Welcome and assist customers visiting the store

Explain Vi prepaid, postpaid, 5G, and other available services

Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related issues

Help customers with SIM activation, recharge, upgrades, and other requests





Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Achieve store targets with the team

Requirements

Positive communication and customer-handling skills

Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile services

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
