We are looking for an energetic, articulate and commercially driven Female Business Development Manager who can develop current business prospects, build corporate relationships and convert prospects into long-term clients.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting Planetcare's ESG, sustainability, carbon, environmental consulting and technology solutions to corporates, MSMEs, manufacturing companies, institutions and other high-emission industries.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with CXOs, promoters, plant heads, sustainability heads, HR/administration teams, procurement teams and government/institutional stakeholders.
Business Development & SalesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across India.




Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, LinkedIn, references, industry associations, events and corporate relationships.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate Planetcare solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with the technical team.
Negotiate and close business deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

PAN India Travel is required as and when needed.
