Visit customer sites for machine/equipment servicing and maintenance.
Diagnose technical issues and perform troubleshooting.
Carry out installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance activities.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Prepare service reports and maintain required documentation.
Coordinate with customers and the internal service team.
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed at the site.
Identify required spare parts, tools, and materials.
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in relevant Engineering field
Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
