About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join Achala Constructions and build a strong digital presence for our construction and real estate brand.

The ideal candidate should understand Instagram, Reels, Meta Ads, Google Ads and content marketing, and be comfortable working closely with our site and management teams to turn construction projects into engaging digital content.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the brand.
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Plan, shoot and coordinate Instagram Reels, videos, project walkthroughs and site content.
Create engaging content around construction, architecture, interiors, projects and customer stories.
Handle Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement and conversions.
Research trending content, Reels formats, hashtags and construction/real-estate trends.




Coordinate with the construction and design teams to capture regular project updates.
Support website, Google Business Profile and SEO activities.
Track competitors and identify current digital marketing opportunities.
Prepare monthly content calendars and performance reports.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
Strong understanding of Instagram & Reels.
Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Valuable knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar editing tools.
Photography and basic videography skills will be an advantage.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to independently come up with new content ideas and execute them.
Experience in construction, real estate, architecture or interiors is a robust advantage.
Someone who is energetic, proactive and comfortable visiting construction sites.
