Business Development Executive (BDE) / TelecallerJob Description

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential international students, explaining our assignment support services, and converting leads into customers.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with Telecalling, Sales, or BDE experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through social media, online platforms, and other sources.
Connect with potential international students through calls and online communication.
Explain our assignment support services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Follow up regularly with leads and prospective customers.
Convert leads into customers and contribute to revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Maintain proper follow-up and sales records.




Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Participate in sales campaigns and contribute to overall business growth.
RequirementsGood communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Sales/BDE/Business Development experience is preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
Telecallers are also welcome to apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of social media and online platforms will be an advantage.
