We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented Business Development Executive to develop current business for our industrial manpower and workforce solutions division.
The person will be responsible for identifying manufacturing companies, building relationships with HR and plant-level decision-makers, understanding manpower requirements, generating enquiries, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of the industrial / manufacturing workplace and be comfortable with field visits, cold calling, client meetings and follow-ups.
This is a field-oriented B2B sales role, primarily focused on manufacturing establishments in and around Sri City and the surrounding industrial belt.
