Key Responsibilities:
Generate new corporate clients and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Identify companies requiring employee transportation services.
Prepare and submit commercial proposals and quotations.
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and business proposals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Develop business opportunities across Bangalore and other locations.





Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant Sales & Marketing experience.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid corporate client-handling experience.
Ability to independently generate leads and close business.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Excel and email communication.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Candidates with experience in Employee Transportation Services (ETS) will be preferred.
