Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Find and gather ordered items (groceries and daily essentials) accurately from warehouse or dark store shelves.
Packing: Pack the picked items securely and correctly into bags or boxes for dispatch.
Inventory Management: Maintain stock records, check product labels, and keep the storage area clean and organized.
Quality Check: Ensure only undamaged, unexpired, and correct goods are sent out. [1, 2, 3]

Job Requirements & Eligibility
Age Limit: Usually 18 to 30 years old.
Education: Minimum 10th pass preferred, though some locations accept below 10th standard.
Language: Basic local language or "thoda English" is generally acceptable.
Shifts: Rotational shifts, including day, afternoon, and night shifts. [1, 2, 3]

Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience, location, and interview performance).
