Key Skills & Expectations:
- Hands-on experience with workflow/case management systems
- Solid knowledge of Life Insurance business processes (New Business, Underwriting, Claims, etc.)
- Ability to derive and execute test cases from BRD/FSD documents
- Proficient with JIRA, UAT support, and customer interactions
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations, if needed.
