About the role
Run the day-to-day at our Bangalore pilot hub and be the founder's right hand on operations — hub, field, and everything in between. A excellent first job for a tourism graduate who wants to learn how a travel startup actually runs.
What you'll do
- Run daily hub operations: dispatch, driver/vehicle onboarding (documents verified as a hard gate), and cab/package bookings end-to-end
- Execute offline marketing — no-parking boards, auto stickers, mall activations
- Represent the company at events and build the network
- Support the founder: calendar, travel, follow-ups,
and coordination across teams
- Track hub metrics and share a clean weekly summary
Skills required
- MS Office — Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- AI tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini
- Strong written and verbal communication (English, Kannada, and/or Hindi)
- Organized, quick on your feet, and comfortable owning outcomes
You'll fit if you
- Are a fresh graduate with a degree in Tourism (or related) from any college
- Are comfortable on the ground and behind a laptop — both, same day
- Have a two-wheeler / can commute across the city reliably
