Key Responsibilities
- Server Maintenance: Install, configure, and update Linux distributions (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat).
- Ticket Handling: Respond to and resolve basic internal or client support tickets via helpdesk portals.
- System Monitoring: Track server health, storage, and CPU performance using basic monitoring tools.
- User Management: Create and manage user accounts, group permissions, and access controls.
- Basic Automation: Write straightforward Bash/Shell scripts to automate routine tasks.
- Documentation: Record system configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
