- Recruitment of Life Advisor/Agents
- Training, nurturing & joint field activities with advisors.
- Generating customer leads through self & advisors natural market as well as open market activities
- Selling Life Insurance Products
- Building long term relation with customers & advisors to ensure sustainability of business
- Ensure monthly target achievement

Eligibility
- Minimum Graduate
- Positive learning ability. Ready to learn, adapt & implement
- Good in reasoning. Able to calculate, analyse & understand data points
- Should have rigour & drive for result
- Believe in customer service
- Able to communicate & influence people

This is field sales role with lucrative incentives over & above CTC. Growth path/promotion is well defined based on targets.
