Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the collections process from initial contact to final resolution, ensuring timely payment from customers.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to handle customer queries and concerns in a qualified manner.
- Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (US Collection).
- Provide exceptional customer experience by resolving issues promptly and fairly.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 6 months of experience in collections process, customer support, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of US collection processes and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
