Mongo DBA

Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Must-Have Skills
- MongoDB Administration (Minimum 4 years hands-on)
- PostgreSQL Database Administration
- Performance tuning & optimization
- Strong communication skills

Good-to-Have
- Oracle / Oracle GoldenGate
- MySQL
- MemSQL

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize MongoDB databases.
- Monitor database performance and ensure high availability.
- Implement backup, recovery & disaster management processes.
- Support multi-database environments.
- Troubleshoot database-related production issues
