Job Overview

We are looking for an Automation Tester who can create and maintain automated tests for banking applications. The candidate should have good knowledge of automation tools and work closely with the development and QA teams.

Responsibilities
- Understand and test banking application requirements
- Develop automation scripts for UI, API, and backend testing
- Use tools like Selenium / UFT / TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber / RestAssured
- Run automation scripts through CI/CD tools (Git/Jenkins/Azure DevOps)
- Report and track defects until closure
- Improve automation coverage and regression suite

Requirements
- Basic coding knowledge in Java or VBScript
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Experience with version control and CI/CD pipelines
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Agile projects
- Banking domain knowledge (added advantage)
- Cloud knowledge (AWS/Azure) is a plus
