As an integral part of our Talent Acquisition department, the HR Executive will focus on identifying, attracting, and screening skilled professionals. You'll collaborate with hiring managers, develop creative recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your role is crucial in building a diverse and talented team, contributing to Digitide's success.
Responsibilities
Source and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews, evaluating candidates' skills and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and company culture.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pool.
Maintain a talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Maintain accurate records and documentation, including interview notes and candidate profiles.




Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the team and stakeholders.
Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in tech.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with candidates.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, with a willingness to learn new software.
Analytical mindset for interpreting data and making informed recruitment decisions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
