You will be the first point of contact for customers, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, or live chat.
Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and address any concerns.
Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the relevant teams.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our services.
Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies.




Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BFSI environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle customer inquiries and issues.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Basic knowledge of BFSI products and services is preferred.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
A positive attitude and a qualified demeanor when interacting with customers.
