Position – Vice President
nDesignation - Head - Fraud Control
nA fast-growing digital lending & consumer finance organization is looking for an experienced fraud risk leader to head its Fraud Control function, sitting within the Collections vertical.
nLeadership role — you'll own fraud prevention & detection, process governance, and control frameworks across the customer onboarding and collections lifecycle, working closely with Policy, Risk Analytics, and Technology teams.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Build and evolve the fraud control framework, including loss thresholds and coverage for emerging fraud typologiesn
- Lead fraud investigations and deep-dive analysis on incidents and non-startersn
- Assess operational risk across people, process, IT, and datan
- Review and strengthen channel partner onboarding processesn
- Drive process governance — SOPs, quality assurance, and internal control reviews across Collectionsn
- Partner with Risk Analytics and IT on fraud detection rules and system enhancementsn




- Lead quarterly audits and support closure of internal audit findingsn
- Present regular fraud reporting to leadership — trends, actions taken, and losses preventedn

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- Experience in fraud management within financial services, including in digital platform fraudn
- Experience designing and maintaining process governance frameworksn
- Strong grasp of operational risk, regulatory requirements, and digital lending practicesn
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)n
- Strong analytical skills and experience managing external vendors/audit partnersn
