We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support our business development efforts, primarily in the US market. About the Role We are looking for someone who is confident, articulate, comfortable speaking on the phone, and willing to make outbound calls. This role is focused on outbound calling, email outreach, lead generation, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings with potential clients. Make outbound calls to US-based prospects to introduce SKILD Solutions and identify potential business opportunities. Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects over the phone and through email. Follow up consistently with prospects through calls and emails.



Qualify interested prospects and schedule meetings with the sales/management team. Coordinate with the internal sales and management team on prospect follow-ups and meetings. Follow up with prospects generated through LinkedIn, conferences, events, referrals, marketing campaigns, and other lead-generation activities. Meet weekly and monthly calling, lead-generation, and appointment-setting targets. Maintain daily activity reports and provide regular updates on sales activities. Skills and Experience Required ~0–2 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, lead generation, customer service, or a related field. ~ Outbound calling experience is preferred. ~ Confident and skilled phone presence. ~ Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with new prospects. ~ Good time-management and organizational skills. ~ Familiarity with LinkedIn and online platforms is an advantage. ~ Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel. ~ Comf
