nEducational Qualification: Graduate/ Masters in Event Management or MBA
nWork Experience: 8+ years in the event industry.
nLocation: Mumbai
nThe Job Responsibility:

- In-depth understanding of the client requirement and clear translation of the brief to the relevant internal stakeholders.n
- Responsible for successful execution of the project within timeline and budget.n
- Resource scheduling- internal and external as per event specifications.n
- Ensuring quality control of external resources- manpower, event-specific collaterals, event production, etc, and internal resources.n




- Preparing project checklists and timelines and overseeing planning module progress for smooth execution of the event.n
- Oversee budgeting process with the respective production manager for the project.n
- Successful account management of key accounts through target achievement and effective resource allocation to projects.n
- Working closely with the creative team in terms of ideation and coming up with ideas as per the client's requirement.n
- Ability to manage small to medium size events on one's own as well as be able to direct a team.n
