Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive HR Executive with 3–5 years of




experience to support the organization's recruitment and day-to-day HR
operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT recruitment,
along with valuable exposure to employee lifecycle management, HR processes,
employee engagement, HR documentation, and general HR administration.

This role requires someone who can independently manage recruitment activities
while also supporting the HR team in executing day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Recruitment

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical
positions.
* Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define
candidate profiles.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals,
recruitment agencies, and other channels.
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience,
compensation, and organizational fit.
* Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/mana
