We are looking for a "ServiceNow Delivery leader " for our global IT services provider

Location: Pune/ Bangalore/ Chennai/Hyderabad

20+ years of managing ServiceNow projects

/n

Experience in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB)

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Lead and manage large-scale ServiceNow delivery programs across multiple clients
/n
- Own end-to-end project lifecycle – from solution design to implementation and support
/n
- Ensure alignment with ITIL best practices and enterprise standards
/n
- Oversee program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication
/n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, consulting, and operations
/n
- Provide strategic direction on ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap
/n
- Mentor and lead high-performing delivery teams
/n

Required Skills & Experience

- 20+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with solid exposure to ServiceNow
/n
- Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations
/n
- Deep understanding of:

- Service Request Management
/n
- Configuration Management
/n
- Hands-on experience in designing / customizing ServiceNow modules
/n
- Strong knowledge of project delivery lifecycle and methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)

- Experience working with cloud technologies and SaaS environments
/n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
/n
- Strong analytical and consultative mindset
