What You'll Do:
- Build a system to conduct and evangelise user research at high frequency
- Independently plan and execute generative and evaluative research, including user interviews,



usability testing, surveys, contextual inquiries, diary studies, concept testing, and journey mapping
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure research insights inform product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and design decisions
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities
- Create transparent research outputs such as insight reports, personas, journey maps, opportunity frameworks, and product recommendations
- Present findings to stakeholders and leadership through compelling storytelling and actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior researchers and help strengthen user-centered thinking across the organization
- Improve research operations, including templates, repositories, processes, tools, and best practices
- Advocate for inclusive, accessible, and evidence-based produc
