Lead the end-to-end sourcing process (RFI, RFP, RFQ) for assigned direct and/or indirect categories.

Conduct thorough market research, benchmarking, and spend analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities.

Formulate and execute negotiation strategies encompassing price, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Draft, review, and redline commercial contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Partner closely with the Legal and Risk teams to ensure all contracts comply with corporate policies and minimize institutional liability.

Manage the contract lifecycle, tracking renewals, amendments, and compliance metrics

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through periodic reviews and KPIs.

Resolve supplier disputes and performance bottlenecks effectively.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
