nLifetime Health Care Plus is digital first healthcare company providing nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving services. We're looking for a Healthcare Quality Manager to lead clinical quality, patient safety, and accreditation readiness for our operations.
nWhat you will do

- n
- Build and run the clinical quality management system across nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving service lines.n
- Lead incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and CAPA (corrective and preventive action) closure.n
- Own NABH (or equivalent) accreditation readiness — documentation, SOPs, internal audits.n
- Conduct clinical audits and field spot-checks for protocol adherence.n
- Track quality KPIs (incident rates, audit scores,



complaint resolution) and report to leadership.n
- Manage infection control, biomedical waste, and protected storage/handling protocols for home-care settings.n
- Ensure staff credentialing and mandatory certifications stay current and audit-ready.n

nWhat we are looking for
n
- n
- 5-8 years in healthcare quality, clinical governance, or accreditation (NABH/NABL) roles.n
- Hands-on experience with incident investigation and CAPA processes.n
- Working knowledge of NABH standards and statutory healthcare compliance.n
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.n
