The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to effectively communicate the school's vision, academic programmes, learning philosophy, and overall value proposition to prospective families. The Admission Counselor will play a key role in converting enquiries into admissions while ensuring that every prospective family receives a professional, informative, and positive experience. Key Responsibilities 1. Enquiry & Lead Management Handle admission enquiries received through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, website, social media, and other digital channels .



Understand the requirements and expectations of prospective parents and provide appropriate information. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective families and ensure timely responses to all enquiries. Manage the admission enquiry pipeline and track leads from initial enquiry through enrolment. 2. Parent Counselling & School Representation Counsel prospective parents regarding the school's curriculum, academic programmes, teaching methodology, facilities, activities, and overall educational philosophy . Clearly communicate the school's vision, mission, values, and unique value proposition. Address parent queries and concerns professionally and provide accurate information.
