Job Title: Website Content Manager

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Website Content Manager with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience to manage, update, and optimize our digital platforms. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of our website content, ensuring everything from landing pages to blog posts is accurate, visually aligned, and highly functional. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between content creation and basic web management, possessing solid technical familiarity with both WordPress and Webflow.

Key Responsibilities

● Content Publishing & Management: Build, format, and launch new landing pages, blog posts, and case studies across both WordPress and Webflow CMS platforms.

● Site Maintenance & QA: Routinely audit the website for broken links, outdated messaging, formatting quirks, and visual bugs to ensure a seamless user experience.

● Design Execution: Use Webflow’s Designer and WordPress’s block editor (Gutenberg/Elementor/etc.) to tweak layouts, adjust components,



and maintain brand consistency without breaking global styles. ● Basic SEO Optimization: Implement on-page SEO best practices, including formatting meta titles, descriptions, image alt text, and URL structures. ● Asset Coordination: Manage and organize digital assets (images, graphics, videos), ensuring they are compressed and optimized for web performance before upload.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience managing digital content or building websites. ● Platform Expertise: Proven familiarity with both WordPress (managing plugins, themes, and blocks) and Webflow (understanding classes, components, and CMS collections). ● HTML/CSS Basics: A solid foundational understanding of HTML and CSS to troubleshoot minor layout issues or customize styling when necessary. ● Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for typography, alignment, spacing, and grammatical errors. ● Communication: Ability to colla
