Purpose:
To manage and evaluate private equity investments, identify recent opportunities, and support portfolio growth while ensuring strong returns and risk management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct financial, market, and business due diligence.
- Prepare investment analysis, valuations, and recommendations.
- Manage portfolio investments and track performance.
- Coordinate with investors, advisors, and management teams.
- Monitor market trends and investment risks.
- Prepare regular investment and performance reports.

Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
- 1–10 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of investment markets and due diligence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skill
