NThe Role
nWe're hiring a BDR (Business Development Representative) to own the top of our funnel for the US market — finding the right accounts, getting into conversations, and booking qualified demos. But the job doesn't stop at the handoff.
NYou'll also own what happens to those leads after: tracking where they stall, diagnosing why, and running experiments to move conversion rates up stage by stage. And once accounts are live, you'll stay close to them: watching usage, catching expansion signals early, and engaging for the billing.




NThis is a role for someone who wants to understand the full commercial motion.

- Work every inbound signup, demo request, and content lead — qualify fast and get the right ones into a meeting N
- Spot buying signals in product usage: which self-serve accounts look like they're outgrowing the free tier N
- Research target accounts for outbound and map the right personas — engineering leaders, platform teams, product owners N
- Run multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, email, calls N
- Build and iterate emailsequences;
A/B test messaging until you find what lands N
- Book qualified meetingsfrom both motions and hand off with clean context N
